Diet and Exercise will not give you a flat stomach

One of the more frustrating things about belly weight is that it often does not go away, diet and exercise may help you lose a few pounds but the stomach fat does not leave so easy. One of the most misunderstood subjects is the subject of stomach fat. There is a scientific reason why it is so hard to remove adipose tissue from the abdominal, if you are wondering why belly weight does not go away this is the number one site on the internet which explained to you why the stomach fat does not leave and what to do about this

The failure of the diet

There are many foods that will sabotage your efforts to take the fat of the waistline, one of the prime examples would be diet soda and other diet drinks. Few people other than scientists are aware that diet soda, diet Snapple and all diet drinks cause the waistline to expand, this is due to a dangerous sweetener in all diet drinks called aspartame. Researcher showed that all diet drinks cause the waistline to expand not decrease, diet drinks are not natural and they are also addictive. This is just one small reason why belly weight will not go away in most people.

University of Texas Health Science Center found that the waistlines of diet soda drinkers expanded 70 percent more than those who avoided the fizzy favorites. The waists of those who drank more than two diet sodas a day expanded by quite a few inches

Exercise will not remove fat around the waist, at the start there will be some loss of inches around the waist when you work out but this stops after a certain point, the only way to get the stomach flat is when glucose goes in the cells, this is what happens to thin healthy people. Thin and healthy people have insulin that works great, the insulin drives glucose into the cells and they have energy and a flat stomach, this is not the case for over 80 million in the United States today. We are mainly insulin resistant, we hold fat on the stomach, we are pre diabetic and overweight. Our glucose is flooding our bloodstream and we stay fat. This is why belly weight will not go away even with dieting and exercise.

How come our glucose is not going in our cells?

We are insulin resistant today, the glucose is not going in our cells but is flooding our bloodstream, this causes diabetes, obesity and belly weight. Insulin resistance is the cause of Stomach fat and dieting does not reverse this. Processed foods and food chemicals have made us insulin resistant, this is a bigger problem than just junk food, the  so called “good foods” today also have chemicals that make you insulin resistance and fat!

See picture below how the Glucose floods the Bloodstream causing Belly Weight and Fat

This is what is happening to most Americans today

Until this insulin resistance is reversed the stomach fat is not going anywhere.

When researchers in Europe used an insulin resistance diet on people with stomach fat all lost the belly weight, this worked in people with and without diabetes. Get the glucose in the cells like healthy people and the stomach naturally goes flat.
